Today I woke Up Feeling Like Hell

I don't know why I wake up sometimes feeling
like shit. Was it to many twinkies I had the day
before ? Or the meds that I am on ? in combination ?
Anyway, most the time I just say it's because
of my bipolar disorder that I feel a certain way.
